Zamakhshari and Qadi ‘Iyaad also discussed it in their works.
Khattaabi did so in his commentary of Saheeh-ul-Bukhari and
Zamakhshari did so in his book Al-Faaiq. According to Ibn Hajar
(ra) the most extensive and comprehensive explanation of this
hadith is that of Qadi ‘Iyaad (ra).

The Hadith of Umm Zar’
Due to the length of the hadith of Umm Zar’, its many
uncommon yet eloquent words, articulate expression and many
lessons, independent books have been written on it. In his
commentary of the Saheeh-ul-Bukhari, Ibn Hajar ‘Asqalani (ra)
mentioned the names of three ‘ulama who authored
independent books on this hadith. They are Abu Sa’eed AdDareer An-Nisapuri, Abu Muhammad bin Qutaibah, and Ishaq AlKaadhi (ra). Besides them, many others explained this hadith
with quite a bit of detail in their writings
